2.1 How do I place an order?

Step 1: Place your chosen items in your shopping cart.
Step 2: Click on your shopping cart at the top right and then on 'proceed to checkout'. Fill in your personal details and check them carefully.
Step 3: Choose the desired delivery option.
Step 4: Choose a desired payment method.
Step 5: Finally, check that you accept the general terms and conditions and click on the 'place order' button to finalize your order.

Go to login/sign up. At the bottom of 'Registered customers' you will find 'forgot your password?' Click on this.

Go to login/sign up and log in with your email address and password. You will enter the Account dashboard. Here you have the option to change your data.

7.1 How do I use my gift card or discount code?


You can apply a discount code or gift card code at the checkout page.

Enter the discount code under “discount code”. You can use one discount code per order.

You enter the gift card code at "gift card code". You can use one gift voucher code per order.

7.2 How much balance is left on my gift card?

Go to GIFT CARDS in the menu and click on 'Check gift card balance'.
